This beautiful calendar brings fun and learning to classrooms, kindergartens, and your own home. It is perfectly suited for groups to explore the Hebrew calendar in a playful, interactive atmosphere, while easily comparing it to the Gregorian calendar.

Why do Jewish holidays begin at sundown? Why does my birthday sometimes fall on Yom Kippur (the Day of Atonement), but not always? These and other common questions children have are easy to visualize and explain using this rotating calendar.

The set includes three sheets of heavy A4 craft paper. Dashed lines guide you through cutting out the individual components. Once the segments are colored and decorated, they are simply attached with the included fastener, and the fun begins!

The top layer guides children through the days of the week in both English and Hebrew. Following that, the wheel covers the 31 days of the month, the Gregorian months, and finally, the Hebrew months. The base layer features key Jewish festivals, with a bonus section highlighting modern Israeli holidays.

The kit also includes a step-by-step assembly guide and an educational overview, providing child-friendly explanations of the concepts included in the calendar.
