Our shipping methods
- Germany: light shipments up to 1000 g as DHL Warenpost, heavier shipments as DHL Paket.
- EU & Europe: Warenpost International for light shipments, DHL Paket International for larger orders.
- Switzerland, Israel, Canada, Australia and other third countries: DHL Paket International or Warenpost International – including customs declaration.
- USA: Ground Express 3-7 days (track & trace) – including tracking and customs declaration.
- We automatically choose the cheapest suitable method for every order.
For the USA, Canada and Australia we work with local production partners: your order is produced and shipped directly in your country. That keeps shipping costs low, avoids customs duties and means delivery takes only 3-7 days.
Shipping costs
All product prices are final prices including statutory VAT. The shipping costs listed below are added. They are calculated from the total order weight (incl. packaging) and the destination country and can therefore be determined precisely before ordering.
Good news: we offer more and more products with free shipping. For these items shipping is already included in the price — look for the "Free shipping" note on the product page.
Type and select a country — the complete price table from 100 g to 31.5 kg then appears.
The exact shipping costs for your order are also shown in the cart and at checkout before you place a binding order.
For deliveries to third countries, additional customs duties, taxes and fees may apply, payable by the recipient to the relevant authorities.

Orders are processed within 2-3 days. During peak seasons (Jewish holidays), processing may take 3-5 days.
